In view of the intensifying spread of Covid-19 across the globe and the precautionary travel restrictions put in place by the Indian Government, Messe Frankfurt India together with Gifts & Accessories, the Exhibition Division of Netlink Solutions (India) Ltd have decided to postpone the four co-located fairs – Paperworld India, Corporate Gifts Show, Interior Lifestyle India and Interior Lifestyle India presented by Ambiente India, slated for March 2020. Having received a definitive industry feedback in support of this decision, the co-located fairs will now take place from 21 – 23 January 2021 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

Messe Frankfurt India employees set to run TATA Mumbai Marathon in support of ‘Habitat for Humanity India’

Starting the year on a positive note, the employees of Messe Frankfurt India are gearing up for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020 to support the cause of Habitat for Humanity India – which will support the construction and rehabilitation of new homes to low income, marginalised families across India. Out of 100 employees in the Mumbai office of the Indian subsidiary, 41 employees will take part in the TATA Mumbai Marathon which is slated to take place on 19th January 2020.

Messe Frankfurt announces acquisition of India’s largest Fitness event

Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of the Group, has announced the acquisition of Fitex India, the largest fitness and health event on the subcontinent. The acquisition which was announced today gives Messe Frankfurt ownership of Fitex India trade fair, previously owned and organised by Haryana-based trade fair company Smart Events.
