Messe Frankfurt India together with the Indian Plumbing Association have mutually agreed to postpone the 2020 edition of ISH India powered by IPA and will be introducing ISH India Virtual powered by IPA - a new digital sourcing model for the industry. The digital business platform marks Messe Frankfurt India’s entry into the virtual space and will be a stepping stone for future planned hybrid events for the company in India.
Busworld India to open its doors in 2022
Taking into consideration the current state of affairs and caution advisories still in place by the Indian government, the organisers of Busworld India - Busworld International CVBA and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd in consultation with stakeholders have decided to cancel the 2020 edition of the fair. Gartex Texprocess India announces new dates for Delhi & Mumbai editions
With an objective to support the swift revival of the garment and textile industry, India’s most comprehensive exhibition on garment and textile manufacturing supply chain – Gartex Texprocess India is back with new dates for its Delhi and Mumbai editions. While the Delhi edition will take place from 17 – 19 December 2020 in Greater Noida, the Mumbai edition has been scheduled in March 2021.
Busworld India rescheduled to October 2020
With global trade and travel restrictions in the current situation, Busworld International CVBA and Messe Frankfurt India have jointly announced the postponement of Busworld India. Originally scheduled to be held in August 2020 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) in Bengaluru, the trade fair will now take place from 6 – 8 October 2020 at the same venue.
ISH India powered by IPA 2020 postponed until September over coronavirus concerns
On account of the escalating global pandemic, Messe Frankfurt India together with the Indian Plumbing Association have mutually agreed to postpone ISH India powered by IPA 2020. Originally scheduled to be held from 7 – 9 May, 2020 at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, the fair will now take place from 18 – 20 September 2020 at the same venue.
LED Expo’s Mumbai edition postponed in light of public health concerns due to Coronavirus
Messe Frankfurt India, organiser of India’s biggest exhibition on LED lighting and technologies today announced that amid the uncertainty caused by the evolving Covid-19 situation, the Mumbai edition of LED Expo, will not go ahead as scheduled in May 2020. The decision, which is strongly supported by all stakeholders, comes in the wake of Indian government closing inter-state and international borders and announcing a nation-wide lockdown to reduce the risk of further spread of coronavirus. The Mumbai edition will now take place from 18 – 20 September 2020 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.
Gartex Texprocess India’s Mumbai launch postponed due to escalating Covid-19 concerns
The magnitude of public health and safety issues posed by the rapidly escalating COVID-19 outbreaks have led to the postponement of Gartex Texprocess India, which was slated to make its debut in Mumbai next week. The cooperation partner of Gartex Texprocess India, Denim Manufacturers Association, and its exhibitors strongly support this move. The Delhi edition continues to be on schedule from 21 – 23 August 2020.

Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of the Group, has announced the acquisition of Fitex India, the largest fitness and health event on the subcontinent. The acquisition which was announced today gives Messe Frankfurt ownership of Fitex India trade fair, previously owned and organised by Haryana-based trade fair company Smart Events. The two companies join forces to create a power-packed platform for the fitness, health, nutrition and wellness solutions for the Indian market.
