Decarbonised Mobility: The 3rd Edition of E-mobility India Forum is ready to present all new perspectives from 17 – 18 August in New Delhi

16 Aug 2023

The two-day forum is scheduled to be held at Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi from 17 – 18 August 2023 and will discuss ‘Towards a Future of Decarbonised Mobility’. A series of presentations and panel discussions will contribute towards supporting India’s ambition to harness electric mobility and achieve carbon neutrality. With a focus to combat global climate challenge, the conference will encourage India’s transition into a green economy.

Transportation is one of the most pollutant sectors. Replacing fuel combustion vehicles with electric vehicles is one of the best alternatives in order to reduce carbon emissions and fight climate and environmental change. Some countries have taken the initiative and implemented various measures to favour the introduction of electric vehicle.

As the world moves towards clean and eco-friendly mobility fuel alternatives, India, too, is playing its part to shift towards a greener economy. With the Government of India’s aim to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2070, E-Mobility India Forum strives to achieve these commitments with the help of industry experts. By bringing together policymakers, automotive OEMs, battery makers, charging technology and charging infrastructure developers, EV start-ups and power storage companies on one platform, the show will shed light on the issues, challenges and resistance currently faced by this industry and will also discuss the emerging trends, innovations in electric vehicles, battery and charging technologies.

Acknowledging the 3rd edition of E-Mobility India Forum, Mr Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, shared: “E-Mobility itself presents to be a unique opportunity of progress. It will not only provide smarter infrastructure but will also reduce costs, expand economic activity and protect the planet. With the world now in the middle of a new mobility revolution, it is imperative to understand E-mobility on a wider forum. And, with an ever-growing manufacturing base in India, this new revelation will provide millions of educated minds and skilled hands, an aspirational dream to power up the future of the nation.”
