Gifts World Expo Bengaluru 2026 concludes, reinforcing its role as a key gifting marketplace for South India

25 Aug 2026

Bengaluru, Karnataka, 25 August 2026: The sixth edition of Gifts World Expo Bengaluru concluded at Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, following three days of strong business engagement and industry participation. Bringing together 250+ exhibitors, over 1,000 brands, and 8,000+ products, the exhibition attracted 11,762 visitors from across the region and India, reflecting continued demand for a focused marketplace that connects the region’s gifting ecosystem.

The sustained response to the exhibition comes as the gifting industry continues to evolve, with businesses and consumers increasingly seeking premium, personalised, functional and design-led gifting solutions. Demand across retail, hospitality and institutional channels, as well as wedding, festive, corporate and employee gifting, is expanding the scope of the sector. Against this backdrop, the continued growth of Gifts World Expo Bengaluru reflects its ability to respond to changing buyer requirements while bringing together a diverse mix of brands, products and business opportunities.

The 2026 edition attracted visitors across southern states while also drawing visitors from other regions of India, bringing together distributors, wholesalers, retailers, corporate procurement teams, importers, institutional buyers and gifting professionals. With 75+ new participants and 50+ new product launches, the exhibition offered buyers an opportunity to discover new products and emerging brands, while exhibitors used the platform to engage with new business prospects, strengthen market relationships and explore opportunities across South India. The first-time Stationery World Pavilion expanded the sourcing proposition of the exhibition, bringing stationery, office supplies, writing instruments and paper products into the gifting ecosystem.

The Startup & Innovation Hub emerged as a successful feature of the exhibition, creating opportunities for new businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their products, engage with potential buyers and connect with distributors and industry stakeholders. The strong response to the Hub reflected the growing role of emerging businesses and entrepreneurial ideas in shaping the gifting industry. Together, these initiatives reflected the exhibition's continued evolution and its focus on bringing new categories, businesses and ideas into the regional market. The breadth of participation also highlighted Bengaluru’s strategic position as a commercial centre connecting multiple regional markets and its growing relevance to the gifting and corporate procurement ecosystem.

Exhibitors shared their experiences of participating in the show. Ms Narayani Jha, General Manager – Corporate Marketing (South & Gujarat), Swiss Military Consumer Goods Ltd: This is our fifth year at Gifts World Expo Bengaluru, and we have been participating in all the expos, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata. This is one of the best expos we have participated in, and it gives us exposure to a new zone where we don’t have much of a presence right now. Our partners are visiting here and seeing all our products and new launches under one roof, which is beneficial for them. Otherwise, we have to take the samples to every office, but at this expo they can come to one stall to see all the products in one go. So, this has been a good experience.

Mr Praveen Bafna, Managing Director, Saino Pen & Plastic Pvt Ltd, expressed: "We have participated for the first time in Gifts World Expo Bengaluru, and we have launched a few new models of ball pens." My experience at the expo has been great. The response has been very good; we have all our existing customers, dealers, and distributors, as well as new corporate customers, visiting us, and I am satisfied.”

Showcasing a wide range of advanced products like an eye massager, portable blender, air purifier, portable kettle, sleek iron, lamps, tyre inflator, tabletop speakers, and a sustainable collection of pouches and diaries, Ms Geeta Punjabi, Founder & Director, XECH Technologies Pvt Ltd, shared that these products are gaining good demand in the gifting industry and otherwise. She mentioned that they have grown 10x and are adding more SKUs. Commenting on the expo, she added: “We have had a very good experience at Gifts World Expo Bengaluru. The event has been organised very well, and the visitor flow is very good. We really look forward to such fairs being organised everywhere. We are really satisfied and happy and had a very good experience.”

The exhibition's focus on both business engagement and knowledge exchange reflects the changing expectations from trade platforms, where buyers and exhibitors increasingly seek not only product discovery but also market insights and opportunities to understand emerging trends. The active engagement of exhibitors and visitors on the show floor was complemented by knowledge sessions hosted under ‘Gift Talks’, which brought industry experts together to discuss developments influencing the gifting sector. Sessions covered Bengaluru’s emergence as a gifting hub and the evolving role of stationery in gifting, among other subjects. The programme also featured a dedicated session celebrating the journeys of successful women, adding perspectives on leadership and entrepreneurship to the wider industry conversation and a workshop as well.

The conclusion of Gifts World Expo Bengaluru 2026 reinforces the importance of Bengaluru as a strategic market for the gifting industry. The continued participation of established brands alongside new businesses, the introduction of new product categories and the strong regional buyer presence demonstrate how the exhibition has evolved with the market.

By bringing together sourcing, product discovery, business networking and industry knowledge, Gifts World Expo Bengaluru continues to create opportunities for businesses to expand their reach and respond to the changing requirements of the South Indian market.
